August 02, 1934	President Hindenburg was died. Hitler took office as Fuhrer not President showing to respect to Hindenburg.
December 10, 1941	Hitler declared the war against U.S.A. after Japanese army had attacked on Pearl Harbor of U.S.A.
January 10, 1942	Wannsee meeting. 13 men of senior officers decided to kill Gypsys, Russians and Jewishs as much as possible.
July 20, 1944	Hitler assassination was attempted let by Stauffenberg.
August 10, 1944	Stauffenberg is executed.(He was hanged with piano wire)
October 14, 1944	General Rommel committed suicide on the suspicion of having taken part in Hitler's assassination. The German government held a big funeral service for his death.
April 30, 1945	Hitler committed suicide with Eva Braun, who married with Hitler a day before, in the dugout of Berlin.

[Intervention into German politics by the German armed forces]
　On November 9, 1918, when it was close to the end of World War I, the revolution happened in Germany. The emperor of Wilhelm Second took refuge in Netherlands, and Kaiser was abolished and shifted to a republican form of government. Later, this revolution was come out as the plot by German military leaders. German military leaders were afraid that the defeat responsibility of World War I expected to them. German military leaders ended the war signing the peace treaty before being completely defeated. The flow of these German armed forces continued to be until Hitler assassination attempted of July 20, 1944. The indirect participation to the politics by the German armed forces after World War I led to the birth of Hitler Administration later. It is hard to see German politics after World War I through the indirect intervention by the German armed forces.
　As for the assassination of Hitler, Stauffenberg of the ringleader was arrested, and he was executed later. As a cooperator of the case, General Rommel was forced to be committed suicide about 2 months later of Hitler's assassination attempt. General Rommel chose the self-determination in exchange for the security of his family. The funeral of General Rommel was held a grand service officially by the German government.

[German political system]
　German administrative power was divided into President and Prime Minister. In the present day, President is completely just symbol. But in Germany after World War I President had real power. President shared his power with Prime Minister. They structured doubleness of the power of the government. If it says well, it is democratic enforcement under Weimar Constitution. In the assembly, Making important decisions were difficult. In the President emergency law that President Hindenburg used what accelerated it (Constitution Article 48), it was interfered with the assembly administration. When it is necessity of public order or public stability in case of a crisis that German nation cannot carry out constitutional duty, President will get the support of the armed forces, along with the President emergency law of Weimar Constitution Article 48. That is things to be able to stop physical freedom, house inviolability, secrecy of communication, freedom of speech and the freedom of the meeting association; a rule called the protection of the private property. They caused of unstable politics being the power share between President and Prime Minister in the Germany. In the Germany after World War I, the right to vote was given all nations under Weimar Constitution. There were 2 influence groups who got the support of the working class. One was Communist Party, and the other was Nazis party. Communist Party tried an armed uprising, but the German armed forces brought it under control by armed forces. On the other hand, in Nazis party, participants of the Munich riot was arrested, but Nazis party switched their policy to the acquisition of the legal government, and there was not the oppression from the German armed forces afterwards. Nazis finally got the support of President Hindenburg who was influence to armed forces. Then, Hitler took office as Prime Minister.
　In Germany today, President is symbol, and real power is to Prime Minister. This symbolic presidential system is adopted in the other countries. Symbolic President holds diplomatic ceremonies as well. By this system, Prime Minister can devote himself/herself to politics. Today relationship with foreign countries were increased dramatically comparing with 100 years ago. People who travel foreign countries by air make much easier. With it, diplomatic ceremonies increase, too. Symbolic President handles many of diplomatic etiquettes as well.

[To grasp of the power]
　Hitler dissolved the assembly as soon as Hitler took office as Prime Minister. Hitler knew that he could use the police power when he would take the position of Prime Minister. During the election, Hitler used the police power enough and he oppressed Communist Party. At this time, German Diet was destroyed by the fire and Hitler accused of Communist members for it. 81 Candidates of Communist Party who had been elected in the election finally became invalid. Hitler raided Rohm and killed him after taking the position of Prime Minister. This incident made the extend support of the armed forces. The regular army of armed forces was around 100,000 in those days. In contrast, the troops of Nazis SA leaded by Rohm were beyond 2,000,000 persons. Rohm aimed to be independent the troops of Nazis SA from the central control. The choice with Hitler’s cool-headed let to support Hitler from the German armed forces.
　Nazis party switched their policy to taking the government by legal means after Munich riot. According to this policy, Hitler got his power through a Diet election. Hitler finally held power. This legal way matches German nation temperament. For example, the Germans people wait to come green light at street signal even it is a small way.

[The theory of evolution of Darwin]
　Here, let’s have a look about the thought of Hitler. Hitler was the believer of the theory of evolution of Darwin of the latest biology theory in those days. Hitler applied the theory of evolution of Darwin to human being, particularly in races. At first, Hitler put his weight in races. Whether good or bad, Hitler thought about the superiority and inferiority to per race unit. During the first match of World War II between German armed forces and the Soviet Union force, the Soviet Union forces surrendered to Germany forces in large quantities that escaped from the oppression of Stalin. Hitler regarded the Russians as an incompetent race from this incident. Based on this thought, Hitler killed Russian captives in large quantities. On the other hand, the British troops, during World War II, fought against German armed forces bravely from the first stage. Thus, Hitler considered British to be the race that is excellence. The Japanese won Russo-Japanese War and he thought the Japanese with an able race. When Japanese armed forces declared the war against U.S.A. by Pearl Harbor attack, Hitler agreed with this just three days later, and Hitler declared the war against U.S.A., too. The declaration war against U.S.A. by Hitler was abnormally early. The decision of Hitler should be attracted by the theory of evolution of Darwin, and the Japanese were thought with an excellent race when Hitler declared war against U.S.A. However, Hitler came to call the Japanese monkey when Japanese armed forces began to be defeated by the U.S. forces. Hitler used the word of this monkey for the French also. What Hitler called monkey included a meaning of the delayed race of evolution. Or more worse, Hitler called Jews as lice.
　Hitler stayed at the school of Christianity theologian for a while until he quitted. The theory of evolution of Darwin is opposed to Christianity theology. Christianity says equal by nature, and, in the Christianity theology, a human being is not different. Hitler seemed to never mind this point. In the same time, a person who studied Christianity theology in a theological school as same as Hitler. That was Josef Stalin. In addition, Josef Stalin had nothing to do with Christianity relations, and Josef Stalin killed many Russians.

[Mein Kampf]
　I have pick up the summary of "Mein Kampf" which are few books written by Hitler. Hitler seldom wrote books in his life. Hitler said himself in this book that the publication of book is not important for politicians. That point is interesting, isn’t it?

I. The world view through races
1. Race should be pure. Jews marry women off to influential pagans and disturb racial pure.
2. Speech is all for politicians, the publication of book is not important.
3. Hatred against Jews. In the German general's appearance, as for Jewish work in German military, there were a little work in the front lines, and were the most works in supply division.
4. In the Germany, it risked to death in those days meeting and demonstrating, because Communists interfered those. And there was not enough the protection of police for meeting and demonstrating.
5. Hitler valued the Japanese that won for Russo-Japanese War.
6. Because labor union carried out the strike in munitions factories in the last year of World War I, Hitler felt indignant at the labor union. As for many soldiers committed in danger in front lines, the workers did the obstruction them for taking the strike.
7. Hitler thought that the German assembly could not pass important decisions, and Hitler thought that the German assembly was obstructive.
8. Hitler disappointed in Habsburg royal families of Austria.
9. Hitler wanted the unification between Germany and Austria.
10. Hitler thought that food supply could not catch up with German population growth. Therefore, a birth control taken in French would be necessary in the Germany, Hitler wrote.

II. The Movement of National Socialism
1. This second part includes hatred about Jews more than the first one.
2. Hitler thought that Karl Marx was a Jew. And, we have to hate communists.
3. Studying foreign language is not useful for almost students. For example, if 200,000 students study French, only 2,000 of them will use their abilities actually.
4. Military is a part of educational facility. People can finish their education through military work.
5. French sent their troops into Ruhrgebiet of Germany for prompting the pay of reparations. This caused of international reactions against this French movement.
6. Hitler fought for protecting South Tirolo as a Germany solider during World War I.
7. Hitler was not colonialism. He said that Europeans should stay in Europe. He did not show any regrets about that Germany had lost their foreign colonies after World War I.

Part Two [Japan]

August 15, 1945	Japan accepted the Potsdam Declaration. The Pacific War was over.
May 22, 1946	Shigeru Yoshida took his office as Prime Minister. The first Yoshida Cabinet.
December 23, 1948	Hideki Tojo, Seishiro Itagaki and others of class-A war criminals were executed.
August 15, 1949	Kanji Ishihara died of an illness.
August 27, 1959	The birth of this author.

[AAA grade war crimes]
　In 1931, Kanji Ishihara and Seishiro Itagaki casted Kanto armed forces into Manchurian of China having excused on the pretext of Manchurian railroad blast. Kanto armed forces finally built Manchurian nation as a Japanese dependency. Trains passed after Manchurian railroad blast in a few hours, that showed the blast was a small thing without no harm on the property. Kanji Ishihara died of an illness on August 15 (The defeated day), 1949 of the next year when Seishiro Itagaki was executed. Would God know? After Manchurian Incident, some sects of Japanese military ignored central control through 1.15 incident and 2.26 incident. It caused of the extension into Japan-China War at last. The beginning point of Japan-China War was Lukouchiao Incident. As for this case, someone fired guns in Roh culvert where was the border between Manchurian and Chine. But no one was hurt from those incidents. Kanto armed forces and local Chiang Kai-shek forces negotiated to seek a cease fires. It was close to get the cease fires at the local area of the incident. However, Hideki Tojo sent armed forces to enforce and it developed to Japan-China War. I guessed that Hideki Tojo would get jealousy against Kanji Ishihara and Seishiro Itagaki, because of the outstanding job such as Manchurian nation construction by them. Hideki Tojo used to have the strong man of jealousy feelings. For example, Hideki Tojo relegated General Tomoyuki Yamashita who let Singapore fall to Manchurian from Singapore. Then, Hideki Tojo relegated General Tomoyuki Yamashita to Manila in Philippines from Manchurian. The action of Hideki Tojo on his feelings drove Japan to be the catastrophe. However, Kanji Ishihara and Seishiro Itagaki who caused of Manchurian Incident dogmatically have the opening of the catastrophe. Kanji Ishihara and Seishiro Itagaki should be important criminals of AAA.

[Border control]
　On May 11, 1939, the military collision happened on the border of two countries between Manchuria and Mongolia. Mongolia was under the protection of the Soviet Union, and the Soviet Union forces guarded Mongolia in substance in those days. Also Manchurian country was in substance under the rule of Japan. The collision happened in non-delimitation area of the border, and the Soviet Union forces fought against Japanese Kanto armed forces. Japanese armed forces were finally destroyed by the Soviet Union forces, and then the cease-fire deal was signed on September 16, 1939. What you should know here is what the border control is significant. Stubborn border security led to prevention of large-scale war. After World War II, any national borders change by military power is not accepted as the general rule of world. This principle has contributed to peaceful establishment after World War II. Also, increased transmigration has contributed to reduce the border tension, because it is sometimes forgotten national borders among people. God, thank you!

[The selection of the persons]
　During the Pacific War, the greatest mistake, in which Isoroku Yamamoto combined fleet commander was murdered, was made by U.S. Forces. Isoroku Yamamoto of the combined fleet commander was pro-American group originally. If Isoroku Yamamoto had been survived through the war, Japanese government would have been really sympatric to U.S.A. during Korean War and the Vietnamese War. Japan would have certainly sent their troops there. Prime Minister Shigeru Yoshida appeared for the postwar politics. Shigeru Yoshida was the Anglophile, who acted as the ambassador to Britain. Therefore, he led U.S.A. accept Japanese independence by San Francisco Peace Treaty. He was also signed U.S.-Japan Security Treaty, which has continued to settle US bases in Japan, at the same time. Shigeru Yoshida proceeded in conformity with the diplomacy principle of give-and-take and he has concluded the two treaties. As for the selection of the Japanese during World War II, U.S.A. was very poor judge. Probably, to Americans, all the Japanese looked same. During closing to end World War II, the U.S. Forces did air raids on Japanese soil. The U.S. forces did not air raids of buildings to requisition later then. For human beings, it was necessary to select the human beings to murder and the human beings to be alive. In the Japanese armed forces the influence leader of Isoroku Yamamoto lost in shooting down by an U.S. Air force. After his death it was difficult to make good decisions in the Japanese government. So, his death was able to delay Japanese armed forces to surrender.

[Invasion to Southeast Asia by the Japanese armed forces]
　When the Pacific War began, the Japanese armed forces started southing. Japan signed the military alliance with Thai government on a day soon after and installed military bases in Thailand. It made to be possible to continue southing to Malaysia, Singapore and other nations. General Tomoyuki Yamashita of the Japanese armed forces finally let British forces fall in Singapore. In the history, General Tomoyuki Yamashita of the Japanese armed forces led General British Malaysia military commander Perceval surrender in the word of "Yes or no?" which was asked by General Tomoyuki Yamashita". Actually, the Japanese journalists were not sure why it was written in history. Perhaps they tended to write an impressive entry to the nation about what General Yamashita said to British Malaysia military commander Perceval general. Or, there might be just one translation gap.

After the war this influence has remained, particularly in Indonesia. Chinese discrimination policy was performed in Indonesia. On the other hand, in Thailand, the discrimination policy against Chinese never performed until today.

Part Three [The United Nations]
[One treaty at the United Nations]
　I aim to take one treaty, that each event in history has prescription for 100 years, at the United Nations. It is necessary to set up a prescription of 100 years in historical event. After 100 years of an event, each nation should recognize it as one category of history. And the case that passed more than 100 years merely evades responsibility to authorized people and current government. Therefore, I hope for the discussion of it in the United Nations. For example, in U.S.A., a lot of slaves were ever brought from Africa. This is bad morally in current criteria, but it is impossible to investigate responsibility of the current U.S. Government by the United Nations. In another example, Japan can criticize Korea that Korea cooperated with Mongolia during their attacks on the Japan or Korea can say Hideyoshi Toyotomi dispatched his Japanese troops on the Korea. These events are just in one category of history, and there is only meaning in studying historical facts, and criticisms on ancient events have no meanings.
But the treaty should exclude the next 2 items.

(1) When people consider current border delimitation, historical event, which is related with current border delimitation, invalidates prescription for these 100 years.
(2) When people talk about repatriation of the cultural assets that were requisitioned in past war, the war invalidates prescription for these 100 years.

It is rational because 100 years is equality to a life almost for human being

[Reviews]
　It is time to review the important items.
1. After World War II, national border change by military power is not accepted as the general international rule. I advocate examples about border changes that people should pay their attentions to after World War II.
(1) The Chinese Nationalist Party government has escaped to Taiwan. The government separated between Taiwan and the mainland China continue afterward. The issue of Taiwan and the mainland Chinese has nothing to do with the change of the border basically. It is the Chinese domestic issue. Taiwanese security depends only on the military balance.
(2) The intrusion of North Korean forces to South Korea. The United Nations forces which consisted of mainly U.S.A. forces dispatched to Korean peninsula. Around the vicinity of the original 38 latitude, North Korea and South Korea finally have got the cease fire.
(3) The invasion of Chinese forces into Tibet. China has merged Tibet in their territory. Máo Zédōng Sīxiǎng diclared that Tibet and Mongolia are parts of China. The world view did not attention to Tibet in those days, and most attentions of the world view poured into the Korean War.
(4) Morocco has merged to Western Sahara, because Spanish government had given up the Western Sahara as their colony. There was consent of the Spanish government and Morocco one. In addition, Morocco has established the long wall in the Western Sahara which has prevented the attack from the guerrillas, called Frente Popular de Liberación de Saguía el Hamra y Río de Oro. There was Israeli support for the wall construction of the Western Sahara.
(5) The dispatch of troops to the Western Sahara of Mauritania at almost the same time of Morocco. However, Mauritania was finally withdrawal.
(6) North Vietnam has unified South Vietnam by military power. After World War II, the French government acknowledged the separation between South Vietnam and North Vietnam. South Vietnam was indirectly governed by the French government. The French military began to attack to North Vietnam when Chinese armed forces had withdrawal from North Vietnam. This is the opening point of the Vietnam War.
(7) Argentina attacked on Falklands which British governed, and then, occupied them for a moment. British troops recaptured them. It is called Falklands conflict.
(8)President Mitterrand had a plot which Algeria would return into France. This plot was failed completely being attached by Algerian terrorists in France. However, there was a secret deal between Algeria and France in those days.
(9) Iraqi forces occupied Kuwait. The United Nations forces led by U.S.A. recaptured Kuwait, and Kuwait has restored its independent.
(10) Indonesia merged the former Portugal territory of East Timor. But East Timor has become independent from Indonesia finally.
(11) The unification between East-West German in peaceful.
(12) The Soviet Union has collapsed into Russia and other pieces peacefully.
(13) Czech-Slovak has separated in Czech and Slovak in peacefully.
(14) Eritrea has been independent from Ethiopia in peacefully. The boundary dispute between two countries has occurred since then.
(15) EU and U.S.A. have made Kosovo be independent from Serbia. The Serbia government has opposed it as same as governments of Russia, Spain, Sri Lanka and etc. Minorities in the world might insist on independence as same as Kosovo. The Kosovo independence might prompt minority’s independence as a sample of the dangerous precedent. The U.S. Government lacked with talented persons who could take care of this delicate issue well.

2. During war, it is necessary to select persons in death and persons keeping in alive.

3. If anyone who try to deviate the armed forces from central control, those persons should face severe punishment for it whether the attempt will success or not.

4. The structure of administrative double power causes political uneasiness, because responsibilities of administrative power are not clear.
Example 1) The Power shares of the German between President and Prime Minister after World War I.
Example 2) Iran. After the Iranian Revolution the Khomeini had the power as the supreme leader in Iran. In other words, Khomeini was able to accomplish all policies by his responsibility, because Khomeini was so the powerful man. However, the administrative system of Iranian has been made the double power structure that is Supreme leader and President. During Khomeini was alive there was not outstanding problems. Iran is for the second generation now, and it is not clear about who has the administrative responsibility.
Example 3) The power struggle between the President and the Prime Minister in Ukraine. Ukraine should concentrate administrative power on either President or Prime Minister.
Example 4) Under French Fifth Republic, the position of Prime Minister should get the approval from the assembly. In few years later after an assembly election, President Mitterrand became the minority in the assembly. And he should pick a Prime Minister from his opposition party. President Mitterrand insisted on that the duty of President was the affairs of diplomacy and defense. Then, he gave Prime Minister other authorities. By this decision of President Mitterrand, French Fifth Republic has continued on be stable. However, we can not expect such tact to all politicians.
Example 5) Pakistan. The power shares between President and Prime Minister. This might be caused power struggle between President and Prime Minister. Or more badly, to be the unification between them, they can seek an enemy outside such as India.

Part Four [Afterword]
[Purposes]
　The reason why I have written "Modern politics to study from the era of Hitler" is to consider the history objectively. As for this time, some, who had experienced, are in alive and their feelings might be hatred. Some have left the confession. However, I am sure that my write helps modern politics to know from cases that happened logically. From this standpoint, I have looked historical event in cause and that result.

[Opportunity]
　The reason why I intended to read "Mein Kampf" written by Hitler is that the publication of this book is forbidden in Germany. I want to read somehow when forbidden. It is 1,000 pages of length without any illustrations on the way. But I have finally finished reading this book in all, having got some power from German government that has prohibited the publication. Of course "Mein Kampf" doesn't not put under the ban of publication in Japan, and I borrowed "Mein Kampf" from a public library properly. "Mein Kampf" has the first part and the second part. In addition, I watched a movie called "The King and I" incidentally in the same library where I borrowed these books, because this is the movie that Thai government prohibits the screening in public. Another reason to watch this movie is that I thought "The King and I" was useful for the solution of English crossword puzzle. I remembered that the name of Anna of the chief character of this movie was made a question in a crossword puzzle for before.

In this present day, we can use our foreign language ability at once, can't we? The world has become smaller than the era of Hitler.

[The test of translation software]
　On another purpose of this lucubration is for the test of the translation software which is from Japanese to English. I had written the original in Japanese and translated it by some of the translation software on Internet. As for this, there are some translation sites on internet now. I think that the translation from Japanese to English is considerably now on one step of realistic stage. However, the translation from English to Japanese is still far from the reality. I think that Japanese Government should lead this project as one national one. The budget has been estimated about 10 billion yens enough in total. Some companies have already pushed forward some projects of translation system. I think that the government should push those evaluation and financial assistance. I remember the English classes of my junior high school and my senior high school. There were some issues of translations from English into Japanese. People should devise methods to value translation software in the same way. There is very enough value for only giving good evaluation point to translation software. Moreover, if we give some prize money to translation software firms and persons, which will get the good evaluation point, it will be good motivation for those.
